Well, It is finally ready. I got the engine fired and all components running. If Mother Nature cooperates, my first pass will be at Denton Dragway on Feb. 21st.

With the help of Ben Brown, the bike is starting to come together. Electronics are being mounted along with all other components.

I'm speechless. (hard for you to believe isn't it?)

Words can't convey how excited I was to see the bike and how awesome of a job the Plano Senior High School students did. I am so grateful for their enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment.

You guys ROCK!

Jerry Pomilla from JP Race Engines/Bolt On Horsepower built my new 1428cc power plant. Once I get the chassis back from the students at Plano Senior High School, I'll begin to assemble the bike.

I saw the bike at the school and was thrilled with the prep work the students have done on the body. It's ready for paint. Deciding on a paint scheme was a lot harder than I thought it would be. My pick is the bottom of the three you see to your right.

I enjoy sharing my love of dragbike racing with other people. I worked with the vocational tech teachers at Plano Senior High School and coordinated getting their students involved.

The students will get to design the graphics and paint the bike as part of their school curriculum!

The bike arrives! I purchased the rolling chassis from Jay at MRE (www.murdochracing.com) and can't wait to get started on my new project.
